Counselling Fees
Individual session fee - $160
Parenting/Families and couples session fee - $190.
Practicum Student fee - $50
Payment methods accepted include: credit card, etransfer, or cash.
Payment is to be made at time of appointment, unless otherwise arranged.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Twenty four hours notice is required for any cancellations. The full hourly rate will be charged for any missed appointments without the required twenty four hours notice and will need to be paid prior to booking another therapy session. Some third party payers do not cover late cancels or no shows.
Those fees are to be covered by the client.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Our therapists are able to direct bill to Blue Cross.
Other services will require payment upfront to submit receipt for reimbursement.
Clients are encouraged to check their insurance policy to
ensure their therapist is included in the above list, prior to booking a session.
