Phil Woodhouse is a people-first professional with a background that spans mental health support, healthcare systems, project management and leadership roles in highly regulated environments.
In recent years, his focus has shifted toward direct, human-centred work—supporting individuals in mental health and addiction recovery, assisting frontline healthcare staff during major system transitions, and showing up where calm, steady support matters most.
Alongside his professional work, Phillip is deeply involved in his community as a volunteer with Ground Search and Rescue and as a Scout Leader, roles that reflect his commitment to service, teamwork, and helping others through challenging moments. Across every chapter of his career, he brings empathy, reliability, and a belief that real impact starts with listening and being present.
Phillip is devoted to and motivated by, client care. We are excited to have him a part of team, LivingWell!
